TRAINING STRUCTURE

IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS
WE COMBINED EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT WORKOUTS THAT CAN BE PERFORMED EITHER WITH MINIMUM GEAR AT THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME OR WITH TRADITIONAL FREE WEIGHTS AND SMITH MACHINES FROM A GYM.
FORGET ABOUT EXCUSES, ALL YOU NEED TO BEGIN WITH ARE SOME RUBBER BANDS, 3X6 FEET OF SPACE AND YOU CAN START WITH 30 MINUTES A DAY
AND UP TO 90 MINUTES IF YOU FULLY COMMIT TO THE PROGRAM.
WE USE UNEVEN AND/OR UNSTABLE EQUIPMENT SUCH AS THE SUSPENSION TRAINER, RUBBER BANDS AND UNILATERAL BODY MOVEMENTS
TO GET TO WHERE WE WANT TO BE.

MOBILITY & RECOVERY
1- IT IS NOT RANDOM TRAINING ON A DAILY BASIS. WE HAVE STRUCTURE AND INTENTION WITH EACH TRAINING DAY.
2- EXERCISES ARE ADAPTABLE TO YOUR CURRENT PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES.
3- REGAIN YOUR FLEXIBILITY, COORDINATION AND PROPRIOCEPTION
USING FLOW MOVEMENTS AND FLOW STRETCHING TECHNIQUES.
