ANCIENT WARRIOR PERFORMANCE METHOD WAS TO USE WARFARE AS TRAINING FOR ATHLETISM AND AESTHETICS, AND USE ATHLETIC TRAINING TO IMPROVE AESTHETICS AND WARFARE SKILLS. THIS TYPE OF TRAINIG ALSO HELPED ON THEIR EVERYDAY LIFE ACTIVITIES. IT WAS A WELL ROUNDED TRAINING.

PHYSICAL TRAINING RELIES ON MOVEMENT PATTERNS 

PRACTICED REPEATEDLY IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE MASTERY IN CERTAIN FIELD,  E.I. SPORTS, COMBAT OR PHYSICAL PROWESS.

 THE GREEKS ALSO USED THIS REPETITIVE PATTERNS FOR AESTHETICS.

WE ARE GOING TO MIMIC THEIR MOVEMENTS, BY USING UNORTHODOX TOOLS WHEN AVAILABLE, LIKE MACEBELLS, ATLAS STONES, HEAVY SANDBAGS, BATTLE ROPES, ROPE CLIMBS AND PLYOMETRICS, AND OF COURSE, CALISTHENCIS AND SPORTS (SWIMMING, RUNNING, OR ANY OTHER SPORT THAT HELPS WITH AGILITY, MOBILITY AND COORDINATION.
