#1 - SELF MYOFASCIAL RELEASE, WITH THE USE OF FOAM ROLL AND OTHER TRIGGER POINT TOOLS.

#2 - STATIC STRETCHES SPECIFICALLY FOR THE CONTRACTED OR SHORTENED MUSCLES.

#3 - DYNAMIC MOVEMENTS TO ACTIVATE AND STRENGTHEN WEAKENED MUSCLES.

#4 - FUNCTIONAL EXERCISES TO INTEGRATE  HUMAN MOVEMENT PATTERNS.

  WITH THIS 4 STEPS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RECOVER YOUR NATURAL MUSCLE FLEXIBILITY, AS WELL AS
